Medical & Other Facilities at Hostel

BVCOE is alive to the needs of staff and students for medical facilities. It has provided a well-equipped medical room in the campus with required facility. It has arrangement with Dr. Jawa and Dr. (Mrs.) Jawa who visits the campus every week for routine checkup of students and staff members who wish to consult them for health issues.

Counseling / Mentoring

Students are encouraged and counseled to regularly update their knowledge and develop creative skills through encouragement for writing and presenting research based articles in national / International Seminars and conferences. They are also encouraged to write technical papers/cases for publications in reputed journals. 

The students of all classes are given an opportunity for developing their personality and communication skills.  In these sessions, students get an opportunity to display leadership qualities through group discussion,   case presentation, role plays and debates.  This is entirely a student given activities and the faculty members act as mentors only. Students are individually counseled to improve their academic performance through guidance/extra lectures/guest lectures, rewarded and are encouraged to improve their performance to a higher level.

Interclass competitions are organized under guidance of respective class mentors in every semester to encourage students to participate in various individuals and team events such as debates, quiz, entrepreneurship development exercise and extempore presentation.  This helps the students to develop leadership quality and communication skills besides fostering team work and friendship among the students from different courses.

Career Counseling

1. Career counseling for Placement/Career is offered from 3rd year onwards. Generally the Talks/Workshops by the Industry persons are organized.
2. The students passed out from this Institute are also invited to interact with the Final & pre Final years’ students.
3. Before the beginning of the Campus Placement Program, senior students interact with juniors to address the organization specific matters.
4. While Campus Placement Program is going on, Training & Placement Dept. identifies the yet to be successful students for one to one counseling with the HOD.
5. A cyber community called “Advantage BVP”, where present and past students are the members, provides enormous help towards offering career counseling to the students  

Medical facilities

Well-equipped medical room in the campus with required facilities are available in college. Dr. Jawa and Dr. (Mrs.) Jawa visits the campus every week for routine checkup of students and staff who wish to consult them regarding health issues.

There is an arrangement for the treatment at Jawa Nursing Home which is located nearby in case of any emergency.

In addition to these facilities BVCOE also undertakes to provide necessary assistance in case of more serious medical problem in some of the big medical centers and hospitals in the vicinity like BALA JI ACTION MEDICAL HOSPITAL and MAHARAJA AGRASEN HOSPITAL located within a distance of One Kilometer.
