Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance

Dr. (Mrs.) Anuradha Basu, Vice Principal is the Incharge of collecting students feedback from students on Faculty Performance through Open Loop Feedback Form & the same reports are then submitted to Principal. The communication between the Principal / Vice Principal and students is kept strong throughout the period. Meaningful and rational feedback from students is used to modestly convince the staff members to adopt better practices. It is emphasized that the feedback is not an official tool against anybody but is only for continuous improvement within.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

Grievance Redressal Committee for staff and students is Chaired by Dr. Atish Mozumder.  Dr. K. K. Sharma, Prof. Alok Basu & Mr. D.N. Khadatkar are the members of this committee.

Distinguished Alumni

We have an alumni association in the college. The number of seven have already gone and the Association of college maintains contacts with all the alumni through the Link Magazine published yearly and upgraded annually in the Annual General Meeting.  Our Alumni have now attained quite senior position in Industries and Education.  We are now thinking of instituting an Alumni Award.

*   Currently we are running Academic Year 2010-2011 and the result for the same (% of students passed with distinction / first class) and number of students opted for higher studies can not be mentioned herewith.
